Daniel W DeLeo
Owner | CEO
Dan DeLeo is the founder of Five Lions Holdings and an entrepreneur who brings years of experience in real estate and service industries to the business. Dan has an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and an MBA from North Carolina State University.
Dan is a passionate community advocate. He has held leadership positions with SAFEchild, a local non-profit that works to protect children and strengthen families by eliminating abuse and neglect, as the President of the Board of Directors and with the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as a three-year Board of Directors member, two-year Executive Committee member, Annual Campaign Chair, and Young Professionals Network Chair. Dan has also volunteered with the Leukimea and Lymphoma Society, the Boys and Girls Club of North Carolina and he has been a regular speaker for the North Carolina Real Estate Investors Association.
Dan was a 2016 recipient of the prestigious Triangle Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award and was named a ‘Millennial on the Move’ by Midtown Magazine in 2018.
Most importantly though, Dan is a husband to his patient and amazing wife Sara and father to his three awesome children, Grayson (11), Quinn (8), and Emil (6).
Ali Greiner
President
Ali is the President of Five Lions Holdings overseeing the daily operations and driving the growth and strategy of all operating companies. Ali also serves as the CEO of Maid to Shine where she oversees the operations of the business. She holds a degree from Wingate University in Sports Management. Drawing on over 16 years of experience in management and customer service, Ali is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for Five Lions Holdings. Ali is passionate about running a successful operation while creating solutions for the community she lives in. She is committed to providing professional and reliable leadership for the organization.
Ali is highly involved in CAI (Community Associations Institute) of North Carolina and the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
When Ali is not working, she can be caught enjoying time with family and friends but importantly cheering on the New Orleans Saints and the Duke Blue Devils!
Julie Schrold
Accountant
Julie has been in the accounting field for over 25 years. She has her Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Julie has experience in various industries including telecom, logistics, manufacturing and service. These experiences have given her the skills and knowledge needed to be successful and innovative in the accounting field. She is always looking for ways to improve processes and help companies become more efficient.
Julie is originally from Miami, Florida, but has been living in Raleigh for over 15 years. She loves that she can enjoy the seasons and that you can visit the mountains and the beaches without having to go too far. In her spare time, Julie enjoys taking walks, traveling, and spending time with her family.
